Good quality for the price

I received the piano bench in good shape. The box and the packaging were in order. A bit of paint came off the leg as we were assembling it, surprisingly. It was just a tap on the floor. The paint is very well done and looks shiny and strong. The bench was not shady on the floor. One leg seemed too long. We followed instructions to tighten the attachment bolts and it did make the legs more even. However, it was still not quite flat on the floor and it wobbles across one diagonal axis. It's OK though because with someone sitting on the bench there is no wobble and it might even out over time. We are using it with no issues. 

Aosom responded to our review and offered a significant rebate. As the bench essentially functions and looks as expected we are keeping it. I am thankful to Aosom for being very responsive and helpful and I have  changed my review accordingly. If we were really unhappy with the product, we would have sent it back. In this case it does not reflect on the piano benches generally and appears to be a one off thing.

This was just what I needed. My keyboard stand is a little on the high side so the standard bench height is a tad too low. The adjustable height means I can sit high enough to have my arms at the correct angle to the keyboard, which is a big deal in terms of muscle fatigue. You can also store music books inside. It's not as deep as I'd like, but it does the trick. Construction seems fairly robust and assembly was a snap. They even include a little wrench to tighten the nuts so I didn't have to make a trip to the garage for tools. The finish is gloss piano black and looks quite nice. The bench is also heavy enough to not scoot around on the floor. Recommended!

The height adjustable option with storage makes it a functionally good for homes which have piano lesson starter kids. It's sturdy for adults and the cushion looks good quality and fine finishing.

Very nice item. The box arrived damage, but the bench was untouched. I received my order rapidly and I would order from them again.

Good bench for the price. Easily put together. Not a lot of storage space, but enough for a few books and a stack of sheet music. Overall, happy with the purchase.

This bench cannot be as solid as the bigger piano benches, but it looks good and is a great value for the price.

The bench represents value for money. A fair product for a fair price. One suggestion. Use a "made in china " label that is more easily removed or place it on the bottom of the bench Not on the high polished leg which got scuffed on removal.

The finish on the legs has major runs in it. It is very functional and seems very sturdy. Just disappointed in the finish.

The frame of the bench was broken when it arrived.  It appeared to be made with something similar to cardboard.  I replaced it with  wooden frame piece so that we could use it.
