The chair is comfortable, the seat is just firm enough. I work all day without discomfort. I appreciate that the armrests can be folded, it allows me to play guitar on the armchair. I wish the chair could have moved backwards, but it would have been surprising for the price.

Very easy to assemble. Just put the pole in the base snap the seat on top then attach arms to the seat and the back to the arms, done.  And it is very sturdy, the arm rests are good for extra comfort and support. I only wish that the back could recline

Easy and fast to assemble myself. Maybe a second set of hands yo hold it for someone unfamiliar with putting things together wouldn't be a bad idea. Straightforward and fairly comfortable. Good to sit at a desk and keep uour posture correct. Armrests are good. Similar chairs cost more when I compared and went in person shopping

Easy to Assemble Ergonomic Chair Priced Right

Bought this chair a few months ago and honestly I have no complaints. It's well built, not that hard to put together, has a comfortable cushion, and adjustable arm wrests. All of these are a huge plus. The only thing I would consider a downside for this chair is that it does not have an adjustable neck/headrest like on the previous model of the Mainstays ergonomic office chair.

Mainstays Ergonomic Mesh Back Office Chair

I'm honestly so happy with this office chair. It's super comfortable, even after sitting for long hours, and the support is exactly what I needed. The cushioning feels just right—not too soft where you sink in, but not stiff either. My back has definitely noticed the difference.

It was also really easy to put together, which I didn't expect, and the quality feels solid and well-made. The adjustable features make it easy to find the perfect position, and it rolls smoothly without any issues.

Overall, it's a great mix of comfort, support, and style. Definitely worth it if you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk!

Great Budget Office Chair

I bought this as a computer desk chair for my 92-year-old father. He loves it. It offers good back support and is comfortable. It was very easy to assemble.

Ideal computer desk chair for 92-year-old father

Had a Secret Lab chair for years and that thing was rough on my back and too firm. It also had no breathability. I knew I wanted to switch back to a mesh office chair and decided to cheap out on this one. I ended up being very happy with the purchase. 

The back contours perfectly for me as a 5' 11" guy. I have a pretty wide pelvis and the seat is roomy enough. You may want to add a little extra cushioning, but it's not bad. Obviously, the chair is breathable with its mesh fabric. It also has a good range of height adjustment. I have a custom desk that is 25" high, and this chair goes low enough for me to sit straight up with elbows and knees at a 90 degree angle. I am not a short guy, and I don't understand why most desks and chairs are so high. 

The chair is obviously not going to last a lifetime. It is mostly plastic and mesh, but it's a good temporary chair for the price. The only thing I find uncomfortable is the armrests. They are just hard plastic. I do not really use them anyway personally, but something to consider. 

Assembly was pretty quick and easy apart from the back. You have to use a lot of force to squeeze the armrests in order to lock everything together. I thought I was going to break something for sure, but it ended up being fine. 

All in all, great for the price if you want a mesh ergo chair, but don't want to shell out hundreds of dollars. You can always dress it up a bit for more comfort. I use it for long gaming sessions and have no complaints about any pain anywhere.

Excellent for the price

Been using this chair for a little over a month. Assembly was somewhat simple with a video tutorial, but was frustrating at times due to the back of the chair not aligning very well with the arm screws, but I was still able to assemble it under an hour. Feels nice to sit on but will hurt your bottom and back after a while. Overall not too bad, though I think it is a bit more expensive than it should be. 4.5/10

It is ok as a computer chair but is fairly uncomfortable.  It  makes one sit too far forward.  No ability to lean back a bit.  I just use it for my desktop and don't spend lots of time in it.  I doubt one could spend lots of time sitting in this chair.

Just OK but not for sitting for long periods.

bought this chair yesterday put together and threw away all boxes today, so I guess returning is out of the question. after putting together and sitting in for most the day i have a lower back ache the lumbar support hits the wrong place on my back not in the contour properly i got a this chair because my other one i  had had no lumbar support. ugh. so difficult. so disappointing.

the search for the right chair is still on.
