Best mop for wooden areas and your home

Like other products in the Swiffer family, this one is no different. It does what it says it will remarkably well, and with ease.

Good product! As a mom I need something quick to clean after a mess my childmakes so this is easy to grab and mop my floors

Works well....Easy to maneuver, however, assembly was not that easy

I reduced one star cause the pad doesn't stick firmly to the mop, otherwise it's good.

The concept is great but a couple of issues: 
1) The pads don't stick to the bottom of the mop very well. It's better once the pad is damp but this should be improved. It's such a pain in the bu** having to keep reattaching it. 
2) with a new bottle of cleaning solution the mop can be heavy and I struggle with it due to my arthritis. It's better for me to not use the cleaning solution and instead use a squirt bottle of my own cleaner. I like my cleaning solution better and it's much easier to push the mop around without the heavy bottle in it. 
Otherwise, I like it because I can mop in an instant without using Swiffer wet floor pads that are too wet for wood/laminate floors. I have a new puppy and this Swiffer thing is really convenient to use for quick cleanups.

Good but bought be improved!

I like this product however I've had to buy three of them in the last 10 years.

I really like this product and it is practical

I had an old wet jet and it finally died after over 10 years. Bought a new one and returned it because the lights didnt work. Second one neither lights nor pump would work. Called and found out the newer models do not have lights. So, first one I returned was fine! Very disappointed that they discontinued the lights as it made it easy to see where Solution was coming out! They need to bring back the wet jet WITH LIGHTS.

I bought a new wet jet to replace my old one that was probably 10-15 years old. I used the new one maybe 4 times (on a small area) and it already doesn't work. The cleaner still has liquid, I replaced the batteries, and nothing. Everything new is crap.

Piece of crap

Purchased 2 wet jets. The first in January of 2024. It was used as directed; mopping a small kitchen floor a few times a month. Purchased the 2nd wet jet in August of 2025. Both products stopped working this month (February 2026). After hours of troubleshooting, I've concluded that the motor no longer works in the first product, and the second product must have been I lemon, as there is a complete power failure (no lights, no motor), despite having brand new batteries.  I am dissatisfied, to say the least. Being the massive conglomerate they are, I'm wondering how P&G plans to amend this problem.
