At first, I thought this microwave would be too small but then when I got it, I was like oh I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is soo good! I honestly did not believe it would work well. To be fair it does sound like a gimmicky product. Once I got it I understood gore it works. Their the regular microwave seeing them there's the crisp setting. BE CAREFUL! The crisp setting is like a toaster oven so you can't touch the plate you put in there. That's like getting a pan out of the oven so it can be confusing at first. I've used this so much to heat up everything. It actually makes food crispy and you can set up microwave and crisp mode at the same time. So you set it to microwave for 30 seconds then crisp for 10 minutes. I use it everyday and just got rid of my other microwave. I love the design of this too! So sleek and looks so much more modern than my last one.

Best Appliance I Own

I said i wouldn't recommend it. But it all depends on what you're looking for.  I love the fact that the interior is stainless steel, it t has some presets, and a turntable. But  the only thing I use the microwave for is to pop popcorn (using popcorn kernels in a silicone popcorn popper for microwaves), and warming up  plates of food. So the first thing....I can't get the popcorn to pop all the way without burning. I've tried the popcorn setting, I've tried just putting the time in myself. and listening for it to stop, If I've tried adjusting the power settings, and nothng works, which is very frustrating. it's either burned, or lots of unpopped kernels  left. warming the food is fine, but it had a crisp function on it, and when I tried to use it to renew set  my garlic bread, it did funny work too well, but maybe I didn't do it right. I'll have to try again Brite condemning the crisp function.

I've been using this for about 3 months now, and I've learned a key point: if a frozen dinner says it requires cooking for just 3 minutes, it's still going to be frozen. You actually need to double or even triple that time to get it cooked properly.

Extra time cooking needed

It takes a lot to heat something app and it takes a long time. And it's extremely hot just like an oven
So it's not very convenient when you have someone that's a little handicapped hard to handle.

I found this unit ran super hot and did not crisp up food at all.  It also was so small that even my smallest microwave plate wouldn't fit.
Re:  Walmart - I requested a refund and I was thrilled to see how easily it went through / no issues, along with an offer to pick-up this unit.  I ordered a larger LG unit that is so much better. The LG unit was delivered within 48 hours but I am still waiting for the Chefman unit I am returning to be picked up.

Too small and too hot

Giving this only 2 stars as the CRISP feature isn't working. Overall performance is alright. The reason for picking this brand was because of the CRISP feature but it doesn't even work.

CRISP feature not working

Worst microwave I ever bought. Bought it liking the idea of the crisping feature, that never worked, just made the plate extra hot. It was also a smaller microwave, and not very powerful, often needing twice the time I usually use on other microwaves. Another pet peeve was the buttons only show up if they are lit up, and usually don't light up unless the door is open. So you need to find the button you want to press, then close the door. Just overall a terrible choice. I might have been ok if the price was as low as now, but when I bought it it was like $200. Definitely not worth it.

Worst Microwave Ever.
