PART IF A SAMPLING REVIEW: I received this lamp as part of a sampling review and am a big fan of the lamp. It's small, cute and best of all, comes with a push through switch on the neck to turn the light on and off. No more pulling at the cord to find the switch after it falls behind the side table. The lamp did not come with a light bulb but that is easy enough to procure. The wood base looks natural and comes with a pad so so the surface it is on doesn't get scratched, the lamp shade is a little fuzzy but functional.

part of a review sampling program. this lamp is cute and functional. it's stylish, and i love the wood accent. its sturdy but not heavy - not flimsy either. the extension cord is a long enough length to reach from one end of my bed to the other to the night stand. i would repurchase this one again.

PART OF SAMPLING REVIEW: This cute lamp has far exceeded my expectations! With its real wooden base, sherling textured lamp shade and soft lighting that it creates, this lamp has ohelped me achieve a cozy ambiance in our home - just what we were looking for! And, for the price, it definitely knocks it out of the park. Judging by the quality of materials used and its overall appearance, it definitely creates competition to other high-end home goods retailers. Walmart has nailed it in this department! If you are contemplating purchasing this lamp, go for it...don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Part of a sampling program: I like the feel of this lamp as It gives such a cozy vibe. I love the wooden base, it's very sturdy and I really like the texture of the lamp shade! This lamp gives the perfect amount of light! This lamp also matches with my room decor. Overall I really recommend this lamp.

Part of a sampling program I tried this HoneTrends Accent Lamp and I like the look and design of it. I liked the wood finish base and wool like shade. However, base is not heavy so lamp is not steady and on/off switch is very close to bulb. Overall it is good looking lamp.

Good Looking Lamp

Part of a sampling program. I was given the chance to review the Hometrends Accent lamp in wood finish. The product is made of wood as the base. Depending on the light to be used it's a nice addition or accent on the table. The base is just enough for the size. It looks very cute on the corner table however would be small enough depending the size of the room. It's easy shut off and on which makes it ideal. The power cord is long enough. The base is sturdy and a good addition to the room.

This lamp is super cute and the perfect addition to a nursery. I like the wood finish. It is a good size and makes a statement in a room on a bedside table, dresser, desk, etc. I like the contrast between the fuzzy textured shade to the wooden base. The one area of improvement is the metal pieces that attach the shade to the bulb. They are quite flimsy and not very sturdy. Aside from this, I would reccomend this accent lamp.

This lamp is very cute and elegant. I love the contrast between the wood base and the textured white lamp shade. It is a good size and makes quite a statement. The one are of improvement is the metal wiring connecting the shade to the bulb area, it is not very sturdy and quite thin. Mine arrived bent and out of place. Overall, I would recommend this cute lamp.

Overall quality of lamp is fine. Quality of base wood is not much high. It is simple light weight wood so it can be used in kids room without worrying about the hazard. Its cover head is slightly tilted. But overall lamp is looking good.

Although the lamp had unique features of a wool-like lampshade and wooden base, it was not a high quality product. Both the lampshade and base felt unstable and easily wobbled, indicating there were likely made with cheap materials. Moreover, the wooden base was light in weight, taking away from the authentic feel of wood and giving a more plastic feel. The accent lamp, however, looked aesthetically pleasing when the light was turned off and when on. Regardless, I would likely not buy this product again.
