You need these mugs!

These are some of the nicest double walled glasses out there. They look great and function well. My only complaint is they're a little delicate, which is true of all double walled glasses. One tipped over in my sink and broke, but that wouldn't prevent me from recommending them . Unless you're extremely clumsy!

Love These

We first saw these glasses in Europe.  They are great for morning coffee or evening Pinot Grigio!  Only downside...they are very, very thin glass.  Walmart price was half that of other stores.

Very cool...and hot!

Light weight  double glass layer. It keeps coffee hot longer.  Cold drinks do not create water marks in wood tables.  Very delicate.  Not for children..

Does not hold hot coffee for very long before cooling off!!! Bottom is not very stable. Cup is hard to hold.

good price but disappointed with product

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Horrible customer service, took over 6 months to get a "can't help you" reply from Bodum and they ignored the BBB complaint created against them. Very unprofessional and they don't actually care about the quality of their product or customers. Out of 6 boxes purchased from Costco, 2 of the sets had issues within the first year and identical in issue. Knowing that they can be fragile, I always handwash these glasses and am careful with drying and storage. Regardless, steam accumulates within the inner wall of the glass and more importantly, unseen tiny dangerous shards of glass exist within. Regardless of the informed danger, Bodum did not care to address the issue.
