This was my second purchase of the same product but i Received damaged product both times. The first one was for personal use but this one was for the gift so i had to return it. Otherwise its a quite useful product

i am not sure if it's really rusted in the inside. As I see some black lines at the corner of the insides. I went to another supermarket and saw the same model and the inside has the black line too. 
So I guess it's normal afterall. But just to be safe, I returned this item and never think about getting any of these type of water dispenser anymore. Overall, the size and the function really looks good.
