Metamucil

This stuff is great with my IBS. Also, the original formula without flavours or sugar is actually the healthiest. The others are loaded with artificial sweeteners.

Metamucil Unflavored

If you don't mind a drink that gets thicker and thicker, there's nothing not to like about Metamucil.  It used to be grainy, but it's not anymore.  I take it in some orange juice every morning.

I recieved this product from #tryitwithtopbox #gotitfree to try.
It addresses 3 main health concerns for many people.  It can be used as an appetite suppressor,  an aid to lowering cholesterol,  or a fiber supplement. 
I chose to use it as a fibre supplement. 
To start I used 1 teaspoon of Metamucil mixed , vigorously,  with water at night before bed.
There was very little flavour. No added sugar nor sweetener. 
The texture was like a very thin smoothie or milk shake. 
It started working the very next morning.

When I mixed as directed, I was pleasantly surprised. It tastes good with a light citrus flavour and was very effective.

Great effective fibre supplement

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this as a #freeproduct from #trywithtopbox for me to try and provide my honest review. It has three benefits: help temporarily suppress appetite, help lower cholesterol for heart health, and as fibre supplement. I used it mostly for the first two, which were what I needed. Following instructions, I found that it did help curb my further food cravings and let me eat less plus I did not feel hungry even later at night. As for the cholesterol part, I have really no issues but I feel that anything to help is good. Drank it during lunch and dinner. It was easy to take as the taste was alright for picky me. I could finish it off without any after-taste. I will continue to drink it all and will purchase when I need a supply.  Have been taking for two weeks now.

It does work!

It says no sweeteners added, but one of the ingredients is Maltodextrin which is a sweetener! So I returned the product.

Misleading label!

Photo on website says "sugar free", however, product received says "no added sugars" but includes Maltodextrin as an ingredient. Same thing on Amazon, so not a Walmart error. Photo is also deceiving as the beberage in tje glass looks orange, but this is the unflavoured version.

Not "Sugar-free"

Not really "sugar free" as this product contains maltodextrin (which has a higher glycemic index (GI) than even pure sugar!) Also contains citric acid which results in an unpleasant, vaguely lime flavoured after taste. Due to the maltodextrin I had to return this product.
