Had to use pads for  a short period of time after an open abdominal sacrocolpopexy . I had a leak to a fairly heavy gush if I coughed or sneezed or a leak when I had to go until I healed.  This was a perfect choice, not thick and bulky, did not show , and gave me the confidence and protection I needed.  I also have trued these in the Boutique style and  they are great as well.

Unfortunately, this brand is a lot more expensive than the cheap ones, but I will say they are plenty long and wide enough and seem to absorb just fine.  I also purchased the next size down (the 5) but they aren't as wide, so can leak sometimes.

So far, the best quality I've found.

Love the pad. It captures most of the urine that leaks. Just wish it fit better in underwear. It does not move with the body leaving an edge exposed sometimes to urine if one can't make it to the bathroom. I would still recommend it. Best is no. 6 for daytime and 7 for night.larger the number better the coverage

The Always discreet long pads are excellent!!! They don't leak when you roll them up to throw them away and they don't leak in your panties either. They are very absorbent. When you get older and you leak a little when you sneeze or laugh much less cough. You have to do something or you will have a bad day every day if you don't. After slipping and falling in the shower and breaking my ankle you need something more absorbent than just a pantyliner, which won't hold much, trust me. So especially at night when sleeping I needed more protection and I would be challenged to get to the bathroom without mistakes, these pads were absolutely perfect. No leaks whatsoever. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I've been using these specific brand and size of incontinence pads for over a year. they're effective and at the same time not too thick. I think only 1X you've been out of my preferred size. I highly recommend this product for anyone experiencing incontinence

Always Discreet

New to incontinence pads? The experience, such as with life, comes with no instructions. One spends a lot of money on incontinence pads trying this, that, and the other. You start out with a panty liner and progressively move on to new needs. I'm sticking with Always brand. I like the thinness of the pad but I ESPECIALLY like the absorption. My fav is the %237. Let's just default to highest max, but a 6 will do if the 7s are sold out.  May I also recommend professional Pelvic Therapy? Ask your doctor. Discreet and a Positive Experience. Both this pad and Pelvic Therapy.

Discreet and Positive Recommendations (Plural)

Our usual brand (that uses organic cotton) is not available so I had to quickly look for a replacement. The scent on this one is too strong and a lot of unnecessary ingredients like color. I told my daughter to use this during daytime and change every 3 hrs. I have stopped using big brand sanitary pads because I truly believe these things contributed to my infertility and now that it's my daughter's turn I want to do the right thing. Anyway, it's good for those emergency days but I cannot wait to get a new stock of our usual.

I'VE BEEN USING FOR 15-30 YEARS, BUT THIS LAST YEAR THESE HAVE DETERIORATED BADLY IN PRODUCT. NIT SURE WHO'S MANUFACTURING FOR YOU BUT THEY SUCK AT THIS POINT IN PROGRAM VERY,  THIN, WEAK PAD %26 ANY BLADDER LEAKAGE GOES RIGHT OUT THE SIDES %26 ONTO UNDERWEAR %26 JEANS IF YOU SNEEZE OR COUGH. THEY ARE NOT, NOT THE GREAT PRODUCT THAT I'VE BEEN USING FOR YEARS.

PRODUCT GREATLY DECREASED IN PRODUCT PURPOSE

I used to buy these all the time because I'm a paralyzed person that relies on a good incontinence pad. I measured the new pads that they have and they're an inch and a half shorter now but they're charging the same exact amount almost $15 a pack. I would not recommend these to anybody anymore save your money and go somewhere else like you know other places! I'm very disappointed that they changed this product without telling us and that they're lying to us making us believe that they're a drop six absorbency when they're more like a panty liner now. also they're not long anymore they're really short they used to cover me from front to back super well they never leaked at all on the sides they hardly they're just not good just don't buy these stay far away from these find a better company and something that's going to actually give you what you're paying for cuz this is a rip off!!!!

After using their good product for years this company decided to change everything about the product. Size, inside lining are different and of a poor quality. No longer soft, more bulky. I feel they are using less quality, cheaper stuffing. I'm done as soon as I find something else.
