I bought these to use on jars for food storage. The seal is very good and they fit mason jars perfectly. They can be used as kitchen decor used in the cabinet or fridge. Would recommend these.

Nice Wooden Lids

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use half gallon Ball jars for pantry storage. These wooden lids are fantastic. They're beautiful and air tight.  I used the test three for cereal jars. They make it so much easier to open a jar than the standard two-piece metal lids. I will definitely get more.

Form and Function

These look amaaaaazing in my pantry. My super posh MIL was dripping with envy. I researched jars for ages because I wanted to transition my family away from leaching microplastics - and it is so.freaking.expensive to buy large fancy pants jars with clamping lids. Did I still buy some for things like nuts which are prone to going bad? Yes. I sure did. But I also bought the super big and much more affordable ball jars with these lids for a ton of stuff and they look amazing and blend in great with the fancy jars. I had two main qualms- you have to hand wash the lids (yes, I fully understand I am being whiny and lazy in admitting this) and sooometimmmes the seal doesn't quite fit. But these are natural wood and glass items, you are bound to have an off floor board every once in a while. Overall though, good seal and price to get away from plastic storage. And extra bonus points for upstaging…everyone I know. ;)

Beautiful option to a classic product! Price was right- there can be much variation in the stains on the Lids. Seal nicely %26 make my jars look so fresh, more organized and neater in appearance- so much easier to get on/off than traditional lids.

Love this item, looks great on my kitchen counter!

Like that this makes for quick and easy access to the jar.  Doesn't seal as tight as I would like but all I have is generic brand jars, so might seal tighter on actual Ball jars.

While these lids would probably be very good with Ball mason jars, they are not as tight on the brand of mason jars I have on hand. The overall look is fantastic and they are manufactured in excellent craftsmanship. It is just not a good fit for my current supply of jars. I will try them on Ball wide mouth mason jars when I need to replenish my current supply.

By all means try these for your own Ball mason jars with the coordinating size to fit your jars. I have grown up with Ball and will return to this brand when I need to get new mason jars.
