Read the reviews about no suction but I could not pass it up at the current price.  This replaces another stick Hoover that lost suction after 8 years.  I love this vacuum.  It has very strong suction and the swivel head is wonderful.  It reaches under my bed and furniture with no problems.  Love the weight of it.  It cleans everything up even heavy objects like a penny.  It is perfect for a house with hardwood and vinyl and tile floors with throw rugs and low pile area rugs.  The battery lasts for my entire 1300 sq ft home including using the boost mode on my living area carpet that has low pile and it still has charge for a second sweep in case I missed something.  It's actually a wonderful vacuum.  The dust cup could have been better designed but I don't lose suction at all and I empty it after I'm done with the entire house. Only negative is that it does not stand up on its own.

I bought this vacuum cleaner for my 80-year-old mother, and she loves it. It is lightweight, easily maneuvers, and she can manage to do her floors independently. Hoover is an excellent brand with great dependability in this vacuum cleaner is a good value.

Lightweight and does a great job, excellent

I bought this because I had a previous Hoover I loved. This does not compare. Poor suction and top heavy. Unit also does not stand on its' own, which is irritating if moving around the house. Would not purchase again.

Poor suction and design.

If you're looking for something that works like a Vacuum Cleaner, Please save your money and buy a real like. I think this is all for looks. I can't believe I paid this price for this thing and never took it back in time. I guess I didn't use it enough to tell how much I hate it. I doesn't do anything right.

Save your money and buy a real vacuum cleaner

I'm sad to say I was apprehensive about purchasing a stick vacuum and this one did not prove itself to go against that feeling. Unfortunately this does greatly lack suction power when trying to vacuum up anything above the weight of dust. For example attempted to clean up just little shard from broken glass and all it did was push it around the floor even with the extra power button that took the battery from full charge to 1 bar with about 3 minuets of use. Also the button to open the dirt tray no longer functioned after 1 use so now I have to push the latch and pull open with other hand. Also attempted to use this to clean up the normal dirt and tiny pebbles found underneath the floor mats of my car with absolutely no results the suction would take it in the nozzle then it would spill right back out so you could be trying to clean the same spot for hours. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this machine should not be classified as a vacuum should be rebranded as a broom with a battery.

You turn it on and it does not stay on, it doesn't pick up well not very happy with this purchase, would not recommend this vacuum to anyone who has pets

Very bad!!!!! This vacuum sucks literally

I would not recommend this product. I thought I was safe buying a Bissell, however out hand vacuum has more suction power. When you vacuum and then shut it off. It releases everything it attempted to suck up. This is only after you have passed over it 2 or 3 times. We do not have super dirty floors, we sweep our hardwood all the time. However, we have a dog that sheds and brings in dirty. We bought this hoping to make the processes quicker and more efficient. We have had this vacuum since may. We haven't used it since June. Complete waste of $130.00. I would never recommend this vacuum for anyone.

Worst Vacuum Ever

This absolutely the worst vacuum. Not worth the money don't buy. It is not powerful at all doesn't pick up anything and when it does happen to pick up it gets clogged up very easily. Don't waste your money. I only wish that someone would have wrote a review like this before I bought.

This thing is a waste of money! Does not suck up anything! I got it thinking it would be great for my hard wood floors and my rug in my livingroom and it does nothing but pick up very little will not pick up kitty litter or sand and does not suck up anything on the rug thought maybe it was clogged but wasn't what a waste of money

Waste of money

I disliked that every time you turn it off it spits out dirt and doesn't hold it inside. I also dislike that you have to put it on the wall for it to stand up straight or it falls right over. I also disliked after doing one regular size room you would lose one bar so with the type of battery it has on it. I am only able to do three rooms before having to recharge it. I felt like it was a waste of money, and time I would not buy again return.
