The product was good, just what I was looking for.  The actual Walmart service/website was not.
I activated a brand new card for this purchase, made the online purchase, and that same day, had 4 fraudulent additional charges on this brand new card, which hadn't been used for anything else.  So there is no doubt where these charges came from. I immediately canceled the card.  I sent you all this info previously, obviously you didn't pay attention.  I certainly don't recommend that particular seller, and won't be ordering anything thru Walmart again.  You should consider banning that seller.

Love the interchangeability with the numerous aftermarket sticks\buttons\paddles that are out there. Battery life is awesome, getting 38-40 hours of play time before needing a recharge. Being able to remap buttons to what is comfortable to your playing style is a nice feature and one I have used multiple times (and you can save 3 different profiles to the controller)

Best gaming controller out there better than the dualsense edge and the best controller for xbox, build quality, the look, customization options and the most impressive thing is the battery life, insane battery life you almost never have to charge it. Puts the dualsense edge to shame

I bought my husband a new Xbox X  as his Xbox one was pretty dated , so he needed new updated controllers of course and the core is the bomb ! Great controller ! Shipped fast via Fed Ex and was exactly as described! He wanted blue and that is exactly what we received! I recommend this Xbox CORR controller!!

Great way to get Elite controller without paying full price. does not comewith case or extras, but, is still new and worlks fantastically.

These elite controllers are better than the normal Xbox controllers. The only problem with Xbox controllers is that u just dont know how long they'll last. Xbox controllers this gen are notorious for stick drift this generation. Their quality has slipped, but these Elites should last longer.

This controller typically is a great purchase as this is my third one but I will say it has flaws for the price.

If you are going to purchase this controller be prepared to purchase another one the following year as the stick drift becomes a nightmare.

Unfortunately this one is already experiencing it and I purchased it the day before Christmas.

Stick Drift Problems

the product appeared used and has buttons that stick and drift out of the box. I'm glad I purchased the warranty.  I do love the look feel and features of the controller

IDK if it was a return or if Xbox sent it dirty

Came with severe stick drift and then when I tried to take it back to Walmart the serial numbers didn't match

Just buy the controller from Microsoft website or amazon. I bought the controller 3 times all different colors. Out of the box EACH had stick drift IMMEDIATELY. I don't eat while gaming or even put liquids or food near any of my gaming setup. Right out of the box each time after connecting it to the console there was stick drift. I used the analog tuner tool they provide and it only made it worse never better. I tried it on my computer in case it was reading it wrong and it was. It was worse on the pc than anything else. I don't waste your money buying it from Walmart as they can use returned or refunded product and put them back on shelf. At least GameStop has a separate section for pre-owned accessories and consoles.

Just buy it from Microsoft or Amazon.
