We had the same model and make for almost 5 years.  Outside uncovered. The burners and grates were replaced 2 times. The out side held up incredibly well!!  So we bought the same grill again when the back of grill started to deteriorate. Thank you for making a great product.

So far, I just finished putting it together. I have not used it yet. But, ease of putting it together coupled with the sweet looks and solid construction, it’s an early 5 Stars. We’ll see how it holds up over time but for now, I am beyond impressed.

Can’t wait to use…

My old Nexgrill is 25 years old and still looking and performing well! This new one is going on our back patio to partner with the old one in our courtyard.  Obviously quality products to last that long.  I hope the new one does as well.  The only concern I have is that the sides are painted metal rather than stainless like the old one.  I hope it doesn’t rust over time. But, We are very happy grillers!

Got this on a sale over the holiday weekend. it took a little doing to get it together, but easy enough to put together on my own. it looks great and has a professional look to it. I really liked the fourth burner on its side.. I do recommend getting a grill to this caliber

Great for the price

So far it was an easy to follow step by step process with 2 tools. 1 Phillips head screw driver and 1 adjustable wrench.  Once put together its very strong. Only thing is the caster wheel with the brake on it is unable to do the full 360 degree rotation because it runs into the side of the frame. But other than that its pretty good. Best ive bought so far. This is my 6th grill in about 12 years. Hopefully ill get 3 or 4 years out of this one. Its my 1st NEXGRILL so we will see. I've only had CHARBROIL. This grill will live outside all year in central FL and get used 3 or 4 times a week with a cover.

Just put together

I have owned this grill for ten years, I have not seen any of the complaints on other reviews other than that about the flame retarders. They clean off and are still usable.  Main complaint is the poor searing ability.
Great value and obviously durable.

Recomended

The model that we purchased 720-0830XK is not available to choose from the warranty list. 

Easy-ish to set up, but instructions aren't quite accurate for this model. 

Step 1 of building instructions is impossible to execute because the brass fitting is backwards and cannot be changed around, therefore the wing bolt is not able to screw in due to backwards threading. It's a minor issue with no bearing on performance, but it's meant as a safety feature for the propane tank. Haven't cooked on the bbq yet but the rest of installation went well. Overall I'm very happy with it, seems to be a good value.

How is it possible that the outside of the grill is pristine, but the stainless steel grates I actually put the food on have rusted And falling apart?
Also, I replaced Igniter, It failed again, so I just use a hand one it’s fine. I don’t care. I do care about the rust!
