My setup is simply a verizon hd box with 1  hdmi cable,.  I returned a brand new Vizio V series 43" V435 H, the picture was washed out, would not get better with any adjustments. the interface was great.  This TV has an outstanding picture compared to the Vizio. like night and day at least on my setup. The Roku interface is good, the remote I don't like the tiny volume buttons on the side, so far so good , 12/24/2020.

I like this tv very much. The shipper  put a lot of care  to ensure  that the tv was protected,  by putting  the sealed box  in to another  box with bubble wrap  that said fragile  handle  with care Ups came through . Thank you I love the Dolby  This speakers . Setting  up this tv was very easy.

This is a great  tv I like everything  about  it

This was my first 4K Roku tv and I love it! The colors are so vivid and I like the slimmer style. I also love the different audio settings that you can set for tv watching. This was a good price for me and we are probably going to replace an older tv with another one like this.

Love This TV!

Easy setup. Used a universal tv stand to change the legs that the tv comes with for a rectangular shatter-proof glass base to better fit our bookcase. TV is huge and very crisp image. Sound quality is great. TV was ready to go out of box except for plugs, and setup with the universal TV stand took ~30 minutes total. You will need a screwdriver and hex wrench or pliers for the universal tv setup. Would recommend tv. Price was great!

Excellent tv. On-sale price could not be beat.

This is my second TCL television. I love the picture quality the most. It has a clean, clear and crisp picture. The built in Roku is fantastic. I spend over an hour just looking over all the channels you can stream. It is super light weight and easily mountable to the wall. Just make sure you get the correct mount. The one thing I dislike is the remote control. It's too small and when you try to grip and hold it,  you can push the buttons on the side. Not a disqualification for purchase. I really do like the user friendly guide. I don think you I'll regret the choice you made if you get this tv. You will love it.

Picture quality is superb!

I wasn't sure what to expect with a TCL Roku TV but was pleasantly surprised.  It was so easy to set up.  Has a very good picture.  Even the Roku remote was easy to figure out.   I love this TV and would recommend it to a best friend.

A great buy

I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because it has a scuff on the lower right hand corner of the screen right out of the box. On the bright side i don't notice it with or without the TV on and the TV still looks amazing.

A couple things i noticed the sound settings are basic no equilizer bar settings just normal, theater, speech big bass, high treble and honestly IMO i think music or normal are your two best choice and there is a dialog enhancer but i thought it sounded fine but again IMO i would leave it off because it felt like it was killing the music setting.

The other thing was the screws for the legs and the plastic where you screw them in when holding the legs be careful and maybe have someone hold from the top of the TV because it might slide on you if you have it lying on your bed, couch etc because they are kinda annoying to get screwed in so take your time.

As for how this TV looks.. Well it's everything i was looking for as far as 4k HDR goes but everything does look better than my old 32" 1080p hdtv but the most satisfying thing is the games! They look Dramatically better! The remote is a simple to use Roku remote, look at your instruction pamphlet for usability. The menu and settings on the TV are easy to use and adjust, nothing in depth just simple.

BTW this model is 43s525 look it up on YouTube for other customer reviews. I'd recommend setting the HDMI inputs  in the menu settings for whatever you're running in 4k on HDMI 2.0 NOT 1.4 or auto.

Beautiful 4k HDR TCL for my games

Easy setup, perfect size for our bedroom, excellent audio and visual. There are only 2 things that I would change. First one is when you turn the TV power off it has a bright light showing in the bottom right (which lights up the room like a bright nightlight) and second thing is that I wish I could control everything with my dish remote without needing the Roku TV remote to operate some functions. Overall it's a great TV!

Definitely recommend!

I like the TV, easy set up and use. However,  annoying that the built in speaker is in the back of the unit, hard to hear at normal levels. I bought a soundbar for it otherwise I would probably send the TV back. Keep this in mind if you buy this unit.

Solid unit, but buy a soundbar

Careful everyone! I purchased this six months ago and first I thought I found a very good Under 300 dollar Roku TV. In the past two weeks, one of the stands went and just the other day the screen went black. It didn't take long to discover that the screen going black is common for this model and tends to happen after the warranty. I got "lucky" that I'm still under warranty but we'll see how that goes.  This obviously won't happen to everyone but it seems to happen to alot of people.
