I would buy this again. It's a pretty big pan but it washes up so easily and the food doesn't stick hard to it. It holds a lot of meat. You get your money's worth when you buy this pan. I love that it's stainless steel.

This is a good quality, non-stick baking pan.

Sturdy big roasting pan

I love the look of the pan. It looks like the professionals you see on cooking shows. Even tho it's stainless steel, I can handle it with ease. I appreciate  the inclusion of the rack because I didn't have to guess the measurements to match. And, my guest admired it! Who could ask for more?

Professional roasting pan

this stainless steel roaster is flimsy.  like the built in handles, but not professional quality kitchen pan. Movers lost my stainless steel roaster that was probably USA made circa 1950.  it was so sturdy, easy to clean and as shiny as new because if the durable grase of stainless steel.  this new roaster is not easy to clean and adter a couple of uses, I doubt it will be useful long.  it is better than disposable aluminum, but a disappointment.
