The shine this product leaves on my hair is remarkable. Use midlength  to hair ends prior to blow drying and a tiny amount again after dry to separate and add sheen . Very thick, longer  hair but just a small amount rubbed between hands prior to applying does the trick. Helps speed drying time. Smells good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought this for years so love the product.  Walmart used to carry in the salon in the store but couldn't find there anymore.  Price has gone up approximately 50% over the years which is ridiculous.

Please bring it back I know it's discontinued

I love this product! I use it everyday on my hair to prevent dryness and add shine. I use only 1 pump of spray in my hand, rub my hands together then run hands thru my hair.

Great product! Hard to find but worth the purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used a few products to add shine to your hair, and redken's shine Flash is one of my favorites now! I love that it comes in a spray bottle, instead of a thick serum in a pump container like most. Its very light weight and alittle goes a long way! I do my morning hair routine, lightly spray over my head, at least 12 inches away- and then use a comb or my fingers to spread it out.  The only reason u gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because it will make your hair greasy if you put too much on or spray too close to ur hair. The smell is soft and lasts all day. It also controls your frizz! Def recommend trying if you haven't!

I love this product. Smells good and great heat protection. However not thick like I prefer an oil. Need a lot of product if using for heat protection. Need less of for shine and finishing.

I tried this product as a recommended replacement for Outshine01 polishing milk. I am SO disappointed. Outshine01 was a cream that made my hair look and feel fabulous. This product is a spray that just does not (for me) do the job. The spray feels wasteful, even when I apply it to my hand first as shown in the video, and my hair looks and feels greasy no matter how little I apply. I do NOT care for the scent. This is the fourth replacement product I've tried and have not been really happy with any of them. I am a long time customer (been using Redken products since I was in my 20"s) and I always recommended them to my family and friends. This is the first time a reformulation of your products has seemed (for me anyway) to fail completely.

Not for me

I am so upset and disappointed Outshine has been discontinued.  I've used this product for YEARS. I'm so sad and can not believe Redken made this choice. I know so many people upset over this.  This product is not even remotely close to Outshine. I really hope they bring it back, none of their other products remotely  compares!
