At this time, I do not have my computer. It's getting checked because I can't login. It tells me I logged in too many times and I haven't and also it said refurbished on the box and it says refurbished nowhere in the ad so I am not happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought it was a brand new laptop no refurbished laptop but then it don't tell you to the last minute I didn't like that been up and they delivered it to me it was refurbished and I didn't want to refurbished I wanted to new it false advertisement to me don't buy.

its's not really brand new

I unpacked and plugged in the product, while charging the indicator light did show it was charging.  That was all I got from this thing. It never actually turned on...really not happy.  I'm packing it up and returning it.

very very slow while loading. camera doesnt have the option on zoom for filters without a greenscreen
