Directions can be difficult to understand and follow.

Can be a great fit, but may not meet expectations.

Battery compartment is difficult to access for charging and maintenance.

Some parts are difficult to assemble, requiring extra effort and patience.

Grandson really loved it for his birthday. When we went to put it together we found out that it
was missing the rod that holds the front bucket on. So we couldn't use that part of it until we
get the part. Was a great birthday present to him other than that. Hopefully the part will come
soon so he can use the bucket on it.

Bought this tractor for my 2 year old son he loves it. Was delivered right on the expected delivery date. I was worried I would miss them and I live in an apartment building with no buzzer. They actually called me because they knew the building had no buzzer to see if I could meet them down there! Will buy online through Walmart again definitely. This wasy first time online through Walmart.

John Deere ride on tractor

the toy works well, and my grandson likes it. only inconvenience is the way to charge the battery: each time to charge, it need to remove a screw of the hood, disconnect the battery connection, then connect to charger wire. It would be much easier for users if user could charge the toy through an external connection.

quick shipping, nice toy.

Although the bucket part was not the best to assemble.  We managed to rig it to work the way it should and the rest is just fine.  My grandson can just now touch to go and was super excited and will get lots of use out of this.   Very pleased since I actually work for JD and could not get at this price.  Will be searching out more JD here at Walmart for sure.

Great purchase

Bought this for my 2 year old grandson - he's not quite ready to ride it - but soon!! Is there a trailer to purchase that you can hook on to this?

The tractor is well built but the instructions were not the best. We were never able to get a spring in it, but it works without it. My 2year old grandson loves it. We couldn't get it put together fast enough for him. It was like Christmas morning for him. It was hard to get him off of it. He was just riding and smiling the whole time.

Awesome First Tractor

Overall I like the item however the bucket wants to fall down while driving it around and we had to screw it to the frame. The battery compartment is difficult to get to also. My 2 yr old loves it and so does my 4 year old!

John deere loader

Charging of course takes forever! 18 hours and after each use per instruction manual. It is difficult to put together. Some screws are hard to get to. I dont like the battery placement. You have to take off the hood and unscrew 3 screws to get to it. Other than that its been great! It was a gift for my daughters 2nd birthday and she loves it.

Difficult assembly, worth the smiles

My 2 and 3 year old love this tractor. It is perfect for their size. The only downfall is the battery doesn't last too long.

Battery dies very quickly. Everyday charging with probably less than 30-60minutes of play.

Doesn't drive well at ALL on grass.

Doesn't back up,
The scoop on the excavator doesn't hold much at all without flopping down.
I would say it's for like a very very young (light weighted toddler) but then again, I don't think it would be safe for a very very young toddler
Cute design. Son likes that he has an tractor like his dad, but not very practical for a child who would like it to be operational... like who scoops dirt... then has to get off the tractor to push it backwards to move the dirt to another pile?

  Basically you can drive it up and down driveway. If that's what your looking for, then this is the perfect ride on for your kiddo
