[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my grandson who is learning to read. He loved this book!  As he's learning by the words he realized how silly it is and he laughed so hard!  This made him very interested in reading and learning.

Big hit!

Great fun, highly recommended for anyone who enjoys words or deals with "phonetic alphabets" or people that use phonetic alphabets, or wishes to appreciate those who learn English as a secondary language.  English is hard!  This book makes it funny, too.  Not a kids' book, but if your kid is smart, they may well enjoy it, too.

Goes well with _No Reading Allowed: The Worst Read-Aloud Book Ever_.

Brilliant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 5 year old nephew. He's been doing well with reading and enjoys spelling and rhyming for the family. When I saw "P Is For Pterodactyl", I knew it would be a good way to further challenge him. After buying it, his father told me he had read the book when he was young. He said he had enjoyed it and he was looking forward to sharing it with his son. The book is fun and full of clever rhymes and creative illustrations. It's a definite winner.

The Most Fun in Learning the Alphabet After Seuss.
