The balls are really easy to spill out from spa container.  A challenge to collect all and keep dry.  Even with the suggestion of salt to keep moisture control, developed a really bad odor after just one use.  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!  Too much work and not sanitary after first use, in my opinion.

Difficult and bad odor Orbeez

My 9 year old granddaughter asked for this item for her birthday.  She enjoys soaking her feet in it but also just likes to play with the Orbeez balls.  They don't "grow" quite as large as other brands but she still enjoys them.  You have to be careful moving the unit with water in it.  It spills easily from the seams where top is connected.

Fun for little ones

This was an expensive lesson in mess.  This was a birthday gift that keeps on giving.  It reminded me of light brights that I bought my children years ago.  Orbeez and water was everywhere.  Hoping that I could dry out the Orbeez for use later was an even bigger disappointment.  I am still finding Orbeez.

Orbeez Spa

So, I didn't realize you have to let the beads soak for 4 hours (or overnight) in bottled or distilled water. By that point the water is cold. The kids say it's fun to use and feels cool, so I guess that's the plus. On the other hand, clean up is a pain. You have to dump all the beads in the trash, and some stick to the container, etc. It just takes planning and you have to be prepared for cleanup. I guess it will be fun for sleepovers, etc.

This is an absolute waste of money. You're better off buying just the orbeez separately and having the kids play with them in a bucket. 
The orbeez have to soak for a long time to be ready and of course they are cold by then and have to be heated up, which can't be done in the spa. Soak them in a bowl instead. According to instructions, you have to use only one of the bags of orbeez but they only cover the bottom of the spa when fully expanded. Even using all the included orbeez does not fill it as high as the picture.
The motor is loud, so there is nothing soothing about it. 
There is absolutely no massage function and NONE of the orbeez are being swirled up by the spiral. There is no way this will work with the way the spiral is constructed. The twists are smooth without a groove or dents for the orbeez to be transported, so they just fall off after half a rotation on the spiral. Faulty construction! Physics 1 : Orbeez 0

does NOT work

The motor is very loud. It's hard to have a relaxing "soothing" spa experience when a motor is grinding. It's also hard to clean up the crushed Orbeez when feet step on them.

Also bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter and my granddaughter. They love playing and having spa days so I think this will be a present that they have lots of fun playing with. Love the fact that it comes with Orbeez seeds. Should be a great time at the spa for these girls.
