When I saw this escape room, I thought why not give it a shot? We had a blast working through the mystery. My kids are teenagers and I felt like they were the right ages for the adventure.

Ever wanted to be a time traveler? This game lets you play as Isabel, who's stuck in the past (uh oh!) and needs your help to fix her time machine.

What's in the box?

Forget fancy gadgets, this escape room uses everyday objects and brainteasers on paper to challenge you. You'll need to crack codes, solve riddles, and think outside the box to get Isabel back on track.

Is it fun for one?

This game works for solo adventurers or a small crew of puzzlers (up to 4 people). It's like having a mini escape room experience at home, and the 60-minute time limit keeps things exciting.

What's the verdict?

This escape room is a fun challenge, but some folks say the puzzles can be a bit tricky (not always in a logical way).  Also, since you're using the same clues each time, it's not really a game you can play over and over again.

Should you get it?

If you love puzzles and want a short escape room adventure, this game is worth a try. Especially if you're playing with a group, it can be a fun way to test your teamwork and see who's the ultimate puzzle whiz.  Just be prepared for some head-scratching moments!

My only issue is that (same as another user review stated) my arrow key was printed on the locked box upside down so our final answer was “wrong” and didn't work until I flipped the image and did the locks that way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contraption that you work with for the puzzles is pretty awesome.  Gives an extra layer of fun from other puzzle games.  Don't play around with the box much though, as my son accidentally opened the box just with playing with it.

Looks fun

4 puzzles that are on the easy side but enjoyable.  The components are fine. Best with 2 people or do it solo.  You can combine it with Kira's story for some extra puzzles.
