This IRONMAX Grass Sheer arrived before the due date and packaged very nicely. I charged it right away I couldn't believe what took me a long time with shears or even with the mower, this machine did in a matter of minutes, I can go around my plants my flowers and it's not heavy. The charging light is red when it's ready it turns off. It is exactly what was described, the blades have the protection covers and it really is so easy, makes gardening so much easier. I just don't understand why I didn't see this before and I was using the really big and heavy tools, I love this IRONMAX and I thank you for this product.

Excellent bush trimmer. No complicated assembly.  Not too heavy and cuts well.  Have 5 smaller bushes and was done trimming in an hour.  Thinking this is a great gift.

Great Tool

Wished I had this year's ago instead of the manual hand trimmers. This is sooo much easier. Do think that replacement blades should be offered. I haven't been able to find any.

Light weight.  Easy to operate.  Very effective  to shape small to medium size shrubs.  price very attractive.  No cord to trip on.  Just what I wanted for shaping and maintaining my individual shrubs.

It worked well on the hedges, jasmine, bamboo shrubs and peppermint. it advertises a 40 minute battery run time, but I have not used it more than 20 minutes. Very satisfied. it did jam on a bamboo stick, but I also understand it wasn't meant for thick stuff like that.

Optimal

The charge doesn't last very long. But I also have a lot of shrubs. Full charge trims one shrub. About 3-4 hr charge. Cuts well tho, light weight and handy .

The clippers work well. What I do not like is that the charger never notifies when fully charged and the user manual gives no guidelines on how long to charge the device.

Good, but could be better.

Perfect for trimming my 3 very small box woods.  However, have only used it for a bit - hopefully it continues to perform as needed.  Not a lot of power but I assumed that would be the case.  Attachments easily installed/removed

Nice product!

This item was very disappointing in its performance.  The trimmers just don't have enough power to complete a small job. i will not purchase any of their other products

I bought this in August.  Used it a couple of times.  I went to use it today, charged it for 4 hours and it is not working.  I would like to return it.

How can I return this item???
