[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a week ago and I'm quite disappointed, I put the shine on first then the foundation but it's comes off on my phone when I use it, on my glasses and it rubs off on my white shirts and is hard to wash off them . I work 12 hour shifts and it doesn't last all day I had to keep putting more on through out the day. It is easy to use and to apply as you use your fingers to rub it in evenly over the face and neck. It comes in a few shades is easy to carry around in your bag.

Went to purchase my trusty make-up bag essential only to find that the original was no longer available.  The price has hiked up and because it now comes with a primer (but less Panstick) taking away the choice of selecting your own primer as if you want the Panstick you now have to have this too! The nifty little stick is now practically double the length and the product itself is far inferior. 
The foundation provides less coverage and is a different shade even though I bought the same colour and the primer is useless. After years of using this product I am now on the hunt for a new alternative as I shan't be purchasing this again. 
Disappointed is an understatement!

I have used the original PanStik for ages - and I loved it. But this new PanStik is rubbish. 

The original was an OIL-BASED foundation, and the people who used it were predominantly people with normal, dry or very dry skin, people with sensitive skin, people with visible skin conditions, i.e. rosacea and/or scars, and generally people who wanted a true full coverage foundation. 

The new foundation is described as "All Day Matte" and "perfect for oily skin and shiny t-zones". Do you people at Max Factor not even realise that the new product is not a replacement for the old one since you're not even targeting the same customer base?

All you've done is removed a successful product from your product range, and in doing so, you've left countless faithful customers without a replacement. And then you launch this inferior product which (like almost everything else on the market already) is targeted at people with oily skin. 

I'm not sure why this change was made. Did it have to do with the change from Proctor & Gamble to Coty? Bring the old PanStik back. Buy the original "Made in Ireland" formula from P&G. And bring back the shade 12 True Beige. This was the lightest shade, and there is no replacement for it. 

Like many others, I've stocked up on the original when I saw the description of the new PanStik almost a year ago. I will use the old stock, but once that's gone, I'm finished with Max Factor and with Coty. I will probably move on to Revlon.

I was devastated to read that the original is no more but thought I'd give the new one a try - DO NOT BUY! I don't have oily skin so the primer was unnecessary and the new product is much thinner and doesn't build well like the old one. BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL !! Will have to find a new brand now as this simply doesn't compare.

Bring back the original!

Out of desperation I bought this as I was horrified that the original was discontinued .
Product left my skin irritated, dry and powdery and itchy ! 
Needed to take antihistamines so not ideal for sensitive skin
It would seem the packaging is designed so there is smaller amounts of product ( maybe designed so you need to buy more regularly? ) 
Just awful formula guys !

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I never write reviews, I was just browsing the website to check for products and luckily I have just noticed this HUGE MISTAKE.
Pan Stick was perfect just as it was, thick, greasy and heavy. It was already so difficult for me to find shade No 12 True Beige and now it's not even existing anymore. Why did you decide to copy other brand's rubbish stick foundations I will never understand. I am so much disappointed. I am a great fan of the brand I even collect vintage MF products from the past and now this... you can keep this rubbish, I will grab the few products left and then bye bye! Ah and for your info I have mixed/ oil prone skin and I have never used any primer or anything else, just applied foundation and powder.

I won't buy it

I've used the original panstick for 10 years and nothing beat it to cover the pigmentation problem I have on my face. I recently bought the new panstick, it was a nightmare to match colour as it's all changed and it's nowhere near as good. It doesn't cover the same, feels dry and I think has a funny smell to it. Soooo disappointed, I need the old one back. I can't use the new one going to have to find something else.

New  panstick awful

I've been using original panstick for my vitiligo for 30yrs . It saved my life. This new one is awful. Colours are rubbish. Don't match the old ones. Why did u have to do this. Your were the only ones who made the best size and colour choices. The powder matched the panstick. Please please change it back. I have spent so much money on max factor products - powder foundation panstick for last 30yrs. Loyal customer always. Very disappointed and will be lost without panstick. Don't know what I'm going to do. Will be having to stop all max factor products now.

Absolutely awful. Bring back original

Bought this to try as I have oily skin and wanted a portable foundation that was easy to use for touch ups during the day….
Firstly the primer doesn't go on well, and as soon as you put the foundation over the top it just goes all cakey and patchy, so much so I had to remove it and use an alternative foundation. Wish I hadn't wasted my money on this, it looks like a lot of other people are saying similar. This product just no good as a foundation, other brands out there that are far better in my opinion. 
Unfortunately I had to give it one star as you were unable to give no stars!!!

Don't waste your money!

Pan Stick has sold for over 40 years.
My Mother used and I have used for 40 years.
 Pan Stick has sold for so long,why stop selling/ making,  that works for your customers.

Your replacement takes longer to put on, as Pan Stick is very quickly to apply.

Can your customers have Pan Stick back in the Store's.
