Fair quality ; 
Manufacturer didn't reset the filter life. 
When I opened the air purifier, I found that the filter life was only half; however, I found that the filter life showed on screen can be reseted manually because it is counting the life time rather than by sensor. At the first beginning, I was scared that refurbished product gave me a used filter....that is totally unacceptable. luckily it is not used. Wish the manufacturer reset the filter life before sending out... otherwise people may confuse if the filter was used or not.

The fan is good... but the new filter notification won't go away... even after I put in a new filter....

I went to the store pick it up. Not working !! Had to go back to the store return it. Really disapointed

Info alert pop-up after 2 weeks of use

It made a loud noise and had a lot of scratches.  It was in really bad shape and I'm quite surprised it passed quality control.   I returned it and the seller was accommodating
