[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product worked pretty well to clean the dryer duct work. The vacuum attachment didn't fit my vacuum hose, but a little tape solved the problem. The vacuum attachment comes folded up which made it less effective. It has relaxed a bit so it works better now. The brush is somewhat useful in loosening lint in the dryer. All in all, I feel I am less likely to have a dryer fire after the cleaning I gave my dryer and duct work.

Same problem with hose because it was tied in the box so collapse in a few places. Poor suction from it. I have it hanging on a clothesline in my garage hoping it straightens out. At least this was in a box and not envelope like the other. I wasted my money with.

Came with damaged hose from being tied in knot in box.
