If you have a pacemaker you can't use. I am trying to return. It was. Gift. I didn't try it as I can't. The medical should have been mentioned so disappointed.

A little different but gives good results

Good product

Dr Ho makes great products, but I prefer the pads to the neck device. The pads can be placed anywhere. I needed something for my shoulder blade and lower neck area, so the device really isn't for me. Fortunately it comes with small and large pads, but the pain therapy system comes with more pads and is less expensive.

Prefer pain therapy system to neck device

[Employee of walmartcanada] I find the product isnt as great as I thought it would be for the price and name brand.  I own a few dr ho products and swear by them.  But I find these arent really helping much

Neck therapy not much help

I thought by the advertising it was a massager…..as I was hoping to help my whiplash of a year and a half of chiro, physio. It was not it was all Tens electric being sold as massager….did not fit my need
