At first, I was a bit concerned with the packaging, but the product itself has a thick, buttery texture, so I can't imagine a better packaging for such a texture. Although it is very thick and buttery, it spreads well on your hair. I loved the feeling of this product on my hair; my dry ends felt well moisturized. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product.
