I have purchased this product twice and it actully does make my hair feel and look fuller.

Thickens Hair

The seller Lucy Beauty sent shampoo instead of conditioner. It looked like conditioner, but it was shampoo as it says on the bottle, Beware, I'm returning and the product was opened and used once. They may try to resell it. Conditioner doesn't create lather. It also isn't labeled shampoo!

Be careful ordering from 3rd party sellers!
