Aveda's Blue Malva has been my go to shampoo for years. It lathers nicely, rinses squeaky clean and has a mild scent. It also helps to control static without a conditioner. The large bottle with or without a pump lasts a very long time.  On this particular order, the pump was not included as advertised, so Walmart issued a credit. The price is a bit high. Smaller volumes at a more affordable price would be a welcome option.  I highly recommend Blue Malva. My hope is that Aveda does not discontinue production.

Great Shampoo, Good Clean

Great shampoo for men with white/gray hair.

As the years have passed, my hair has gone from dark brown to completely white. This great shampoo keeps the white from turning yellow (as it did before I learned about the shampoo).

I have been using the Aveda Blue shampoo for gray hair for years.It's quite expensive but I guess it is worth it.

I have used the product for years always great.  The price at walmart is why I purchased from this site.

After using this for 10 days, I can only say it made my brassy highlights get much lighter, not "neutralized" as promised. It took three days for me to get used to the smell (fragrance is exactly like Diaper Genie smell). It contains harsh detergents which made my hair squeak when I combed it (terribly tangled, even with conditioner). The only positive is that it lathers nicely (turns white) and did not stain my hands or my white stone shower floor. By the way, I also tried applying it to dry hair and letting it sit for 10 minutes before adding water and lathering--this had no effect.

Made brassy highlights worse!

I have been told by my hairdresser that Walmart does not carry authentic Aveda products so I was afraid to use because who knows what's in the bottle. I will only buy through Aveda now. You should not be selling products that are not legit. Shampoo was packaged in an Aveda bottle %26 smelled similar but again, who knows.
