The box was crushed in the package during transit. The packs inside seem fine. I have not opened them yet.

2023 Prizm Football Mega Box

Product was exactly what it said. Only thing I do t like, and possibly this is a manufacturing problem, the cards come bent or curved. Otherwise fun product to open for beginner collectors.

Fun product for beginning trading card collectors

That's not the item I purchased, I purchased select basketball, but regardless the entire box was crushed in the envelope and almost half the cards had damaged edges, which when it comes to cards entirely defeats the purpose.

Poor packaging damaged

Ordered online because the store closest never had the product so ordered online and never received the product. They said it was delivered when clearly the driver or someone else stole the product. When it was suppose to be a gift for my nephew. So now I'm out $100 and my nephew has no birthday gift way to go Walmart👍🏻

Unbelievable

I ordered two boxes and only received one. Dealing with customer service was tedious and took forever to get sorted out. Will not be using the online ordering service again.

Horrible experience

The package arrived damaged.  The bottom of the package was open, and one box was crushed on the bottom, some of the cards inside were affected.  I would like refund on the order has it was damaged.

Damaged upon arrival

Product showed up in a small envelope not even a box. Smashed and soaking wet. The cards itself were also wrecked. Pulled a few great cards just for them to be pretty much garbage
