Can I make changes to my order?
For general merchandise orders, you can't make any modifications to your order. Once your order is placed, the details of that order are final. However, orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes after being placed.
For grocery orders, you can add eligible items, change the quantity of items, or cancel your upcoming grocery order up until the day before your order is scheduled. Please check your order confirmation email for your specific cut-off time.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, general merchandise orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes after being placed. If you miss the 30 minute cancellation window, you can easily return your unwanted items to a Walmart store or by mail (a few exceptions may apply).
You can cancel your upcoming grocery order up until the day before your order is scheduled. Please check your order confirmation email for your specific cut-off time. Please note, Express Grocery Pickup orders are processed in a timelier manner compared to standard pickup orders and cannot be cancelled once placed.
To cancel your order:
- If you have a Walmart.ca account, please sign in and visit your Purchase History in your account. Go to "View details" and select "Cancel order."
- If you placed your general merchandise order as a guest, you can access your order information by providing the email address used to place the order as well as the order number on the Purchase History page. Go to "View details" and select "Cancel order."
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We’re unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed. However, you have a 30-minute window to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct address. To cancel your order:
- Log into your account
- Visit 'Purchase History'
- Select ‘View Details’, then choose ‘Cancel Order’
You can then place a new order with your preferred shipping address.
