I bought this about a month ago and I love it! I have had lower back issues for the past few months and when it feels really bad, I sit in the chair and enjoy the heat and massage for 15 minutes, sometimes 30 minutes and it's very helpful. And when my back is not sore, it just feels good anyway.

Not too hard and not too soft - just right!

It provides very powerful and deep massaging which most of massagers can't. I have clinic pain underneath my shoulder blades and have tried quite a lot massagers in the past, but none of them can reach the spots. Luckily this one does the job and I love it! With the price, I am very satisfied!

I didn't think this product would be that great, but it us what my 23 year old daughter wanted for Christmas. But am I ever impressed!!! I have been using it (with her permission), almost as much as she has. Gives a fantastic massage with the perfect amount of heat. Fantastic!
